Instead I want to talk about what it would actually be like to be a teenage mutant ninja turtle.
1) Your Name
We all know the TMNT turtles are named Leonardo, Danetello, Ralphel and Michaelangelo, right? If you were a TMNT, you'd be named after a famous artist. I don't know which one, but Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Picasso, Dali, and Warhil aren't taken and they sound pretty cool.
2) You're a Teeanger
As a TMNT, you're a teenager, meaning you're pubescent and your hormones are running wild. No matter what sex, you're prone to moodiness and fulfilling adult-orientated activities while still somewhat a kid.
3) You're a Mutant
Okay, so according to generalized society, you are different, almost entirely because of your physical appearance. Really, a mutant is a manipulated version to the normal version of something. In this case, you're a teenaged turtle that is anthropomorphic. You can do things and/or limited to things normal teenaged turtles can't/can do.
4) You're a Ninja
Ninjas were fighters in early China trained for spying or assassination. As a TMNT, you have a master (Splinter) that has trained you to become a spy or assassin. You have fighting abilities and skills inspired by ancient Asian mixed-martial arts such as karate and kung fu. These mixed-martial arts also help with self-discovery and peaceful traditions that have you trained physically, mentally and emotionally.
5) You're a Turtle
You're not a human, you're not an elephant nor are you a Yangtze Finless Porpoise. You're a turtle, which enables features that make you different from others such as a shell.
A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle
Since you're a teenager, you're still growing and maturing. You're also a mutant, so you're not like other turtles, but like humans, which brings advantages and disadvantages, but depending on how you look at it, more advantages. You're ninjas, so you know how to fight and use everything you have benetifically. And last but not least, you're a turtle! You're a teenage mutant ninja turtle!
